Creamy Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 stick good butter, like Kerrygold®
  • 1 package dry Italian dressing mix, like Good Seasons®
  • 2 cans low sodium celery soup
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
Preparation:
Put raw chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Shake seasoning envelope, then open and sprinkle entire contents over buttered chicken. On stove top in medium sauce pan or fry pan, mix together soup and cream cheese on low heat until cream cheese melts into soup. Pour this mixture over the chicken, and cook on low for 7 or 8 hours. Serve over brown rice and enjoy!
